For the last week we have been learning about the leadership traits.
Leadership is a skill of being able to motivate people/teams to work towards a goal.
We had lots of traits that we all came up with but we had to narrow it down to six, those six are....
-Integrity
-Trustworthy
-Resilient
-Goal Focused
-Active Thinker
-Motivational
One of the things we had to for this goal was read books about a hero and then use a describe map to fill out our findings. Below is a photo one that I did,
The SOLO level I am at is Multi structural because I can describe the traits of an effective leader.
