Here is an example of my goal in my prove it writing,
Do you think its okay to lie if it is to help you getting out of doing something.
And another example,
Or say your friend asks you if you like their earrings and you don't want to hurt their feelings because they look a little silly, would you tell your friends the truth or would you lie so that you don't hurt their feelings.

Term 2 Writing Goal Vocabulary

My writing goal was to improve my vocabulary within my writing.

I think I am now at extended abstract for this goal because I can use a wide range of descriptive words and also know where I find my ideas too because I am reading a lot more I have found that it has increased the size of my vocabulary so it is now easier to find more interesting words when I am writing.

Below is an example of my goal the highlighted part is where I have changed the word.

Here it is the most beautiful, magnificent, colourful gumball gun. It has a gingerbread background and the most bright and vibrant gumballs.

My Career  

My career goal is to be a primary school teacher. There are many reasons why I want to become one such as teaching younger students and I really enjoy working with kids. This means that I think being a primary school teacher is the right choice for me. If I did become a primary school teacher I would have to work with children on a daily basis. The amount I will get payed is $42-$72k per year. There is and average amount of jobs available so I may not get one. To get to this point I will have to get a high school education.

To help me become a primary school teacher I will need to think about what high school subjects I should take. It is recommended to do English, Arts, Maths, Science, Social Studies,any Language and Pe. By taking another language at high school it might be the case that you will be teaching it. Taking English is beneficial because not only you will have to read and write but also it will be presented. When i do go onto tertiary education I will have a greater understanding about the basics

Writing goal

My career goal is to be a primary school teacher. My writing goal is to improve on my vocabulary down below is a example of one of my paragraphs the bold text is where I have changed the text.

The attribute that describe me are being responsible, honest, resilient and self aware. Taking these into account I think that I would make a great teacher. To become a teacher you will need to be self aware and resilient; resilient is a big part about it because if you have a problem you will not be able to give up. Therefore  I think being a teacher is a great career path for me.

The majestic unicorns hoof are as blue as the sky,
As the unicorns fly threw the sky their horns swirl in the sparkling summer sun,
Each day the unicorns poop millions of rainbow skittles that fill the land,
Clop, clop, clop as they walk along the candy coated road.
Language features i have used Simile, Alliteration, Hyperbole, Onomatopoeia.

Wonder Prequel

WALT.... Use punctuation correctly in my writing.

Hi my name is August and I am turning six years old.

For my birthday I got a Nerf gun, I have always wanted one.I also got $50 I can't wait to get some star wars toys. Tonight mum, dad, via and are going  out to a fancy restaurant.

"It's time to go honey" said mum, as she was rushing out the door. 

Via was wearing a cool dress that she got from the mall, it was white with pink polka dots.

As we park up at the restaurant i see a red and white striped flag with a dragon on it.

The restaurant looks like a fancy castle; it is red and black the window are so cool; they look like they have been stained with black and red dragons.

We get seated at our table, I look at the menu. I order some sort of fried rice, with a side of vegetables.

YUM!

Our food finally arrives. I was so excited, I could hardly contain myself.

I take my spoon and start to eat my vegetables. As I eat I can see everyone is staring at me. I feel embarrassed. I actually see some family leaving because they are so disturbed. I decide that I would just forget about them and start to eat my rice.

All of a sudden my face starts to blow up like someone is pumping air into me. Mum is really scared, she picks me up and runs me to the car. Dad is shaking with fear and via is crying. The whole restaurant is silent in shock.

While we are in the car my skin starts to turn all bumpy. " uh oh this can't be good" I said.

We arrive at the hospital and mum takes me immediately to see a nurse. She injects some sort of medicine to make me sleepy.

I wake up, mum looks at me and says "how do you feel" 

"Fine thanks" I say.

"The doctor said that you will be fine just a bit sleepy" says mum

"What happened to me"

"You had a allergic reaction to the cashews In the rice" mum says.

We finally get home via is so happy I am home.

"What a 6th birthday" says dad
